After many moves during an active military career, retirement saw us looking for somewhere to put down some roots. Returning to our home county of Yorkshire we were looking for the perfect place to ease into our retirement.

After too many years in rented army houses, buying our own property and looking forward to a long and active retirement we were keen to find something special. A friend had heard of the development at Gargrave House, and so we arranged a viewing.

The whole development has been done to the highest of standards, and is in a stunning location. As soon as we walked through the front door we knew this was the right place for us. Joyce at Dalesview couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process.
